Staff at Bubbles Preschool
We are very proud of our dedicated and well qualified team of staff. Most of our pre-school key workers are qualified to NVQ level 3 or above and further vocational training is actively encouraged. We have a maximum child to staff ratio of 6 to 1.
Our Ofsted report (July 2024) says “Staff develop excellent relationships with the children. They build strong bonds with the children based on mutual respect and consideration of others. Children behave exceptionally well and show positive attitudes to their learning. Staff engage with children and set excellent example of how to engage with their friends and adults who care for them…The manager goes above and beyond the expected. She is highly successful at giving children rich learning experiences that promotes their understanding and respect for others. She considers lived experiences to extend and challenge their skills and knowledge. Staff skilfully build on children’s next steps to help them gain a deep understanding of the world around them and promote their sense of belonging within the community they live”.
When your child joins Bubbles Pre-school they will be allocated a Key Person who will work closely with you and your child to help them settle into the pre-school and will then continue to support their progress and development during their time with us.
